Prah, Constantine, and Baryeh Review: Bedding the Wrong Brother (Bedding the Bachelors #1) by Virna DePaul

Hey, readers,

Welcome to another Prah, Constantine and Baryeh Review! For March, we read Bedding the Wrong Brother (Bedding the Bachelors #1) by Virna DePaul.

Interesting title, right? That's what I thought too. So what's the story about?

Here's a blurb:

Determined to find her inner sex diva, Melina Parker enlists her childhood friend, Max Dalton, to tutor her after hours. Instead, she ends up in the wrong bed and gets a lesson in passion from Max’s twin brother, Rhys Dalton, a man Melina’s always secretly wanted but never thought she could have.

My Review
Okay so the first thing I thought when I read the title was 'how the heck do you mistakenly sleep with the wrong brother?'

Well of course it turned out there was a simple solution to that - identical twins. The author uses a series of carefully crafted scenes to bring this to pass. To be honest, I thought it felt a little too carefully crafted, but it kind of works. I would have been disappointed if it happened by some convenient oops-I-fell-and-his-dick-broke-my-fall coincidence.

Bedding the Wrong Brother is a classic meant for each other book, which starts out with the hero and heroine interested in each other but unable to confess it to each other. Growing up next door to each other probably didn't help, but luckily for our heroine, Melina, she has very good friends who will twist her arm into going out of her comfort zone.

This entails getting... (aargh, I can't say, cos that will give away too much of the plot)

Anyway, I enjoyed the characters - Rhys who is the kind of guy who will make you feel sexy even in your jammies and Melina who has no clue how sexy she actually is. I enjoyed their journey to finally discovering their love for each other didn't start with a case of mistaken identity. I also liked how the hero was able to bring our heroine out of her shell to realise the problem was never her (did I mention there's a lot of hot sex? yea, I knew that you get your attention. LOL).

If you've read the book, what did you think?
If you haven't do you think this is for you?

Don't forget to hop over to see two additional reviews by Nana Prah and Cathrina Constantine.

I bought my copy of this book from Amazon
